Terms and Conditions for the Investigation.
The Missouri Office of Paranormal Investigations wants each and
every investigation to go as smoothly as possible and for it to be a
positive and educating experience for you and others that have
experience paranormal activity.
In order to reach the goals of the investigation and to come out with
the best possible results we have complied a list of terms and
conditions. If for some reason there is something on the list that you
feel is not possible or could pose a problem for the investigation
please email us.
1. We would like to be able to interview all of those who have
witnessed the paranormal activity in the reported location. We
hope to do this prior to the day of said investigation.
2. If at all possible we ask that all smoking be done outside of the
building and in the designated areas. This includes not just you
the client but all investigators and others that are on the property.
3. We ask that all consumption of alcohol is refrained before and
during the investigation.
4. We ask that all firearms and dangerous weapons be secured
prior to arrival.
5. It is possible that we might require access to electrical outlets. If
the property has no power please inform us of this beforehand so
we can assure adequate battery power.
6. We will need space to set up our base for the computers and
monitors. This can be any place that you choose. However the
kitchen or dining room table work best.
7. EVP(Electronic Voice Phenomena) works best if the area is
quiet as possible and we will inform you of the areas that the
recorders are located in.
8. Depending on the times of said occurrences it is possible that
the investigation could go into the early morning hours. If there is
going to be any time restrictions we ask that you let us know prior
to the day of the investigation.
9. Please let us know of any areas on the property the are
restricted to use prior to the day of the investigation.
10. The size of the area will determine the number of
investigators. There is always two investigators during the
interview and investigation.
11. We have researchers that will do there best to locate all
information about the property however anything that you may
know about the history, prior owners, ETC. Would be helpful.
12. Depending on how much evidence is collected will determine
the length of time of it bing sorted out. We will normally have the
results with in 7 days after the investigation and presented to you.
